An exciting up-and-coming Scottish rum producer has just unveiled a new rum aged in Speyside whisky casks.
Aberdeenshire-based Cabezon Beverage has just revealed the follow-up to its award-winning botanical rum, Ron Cabezon, with the new Speyside cask-aged expression – The Accord.
The name ‘The Accord’ is a subtle reference to the roots of Ron Cabezon, with reference to the city of Aberdeen’s motto ‘Bon Accord’ which means ‘Good Agreement’.
The name also represents the rivalry between Scotland’s favourite spirit whisky and its newest rum and the harmony between the two.
The latest expression is limited to just 350 bottles and is available to pre-order already with delivery before Christmas.
